Ouest works on the Ferme de Froidefontaine project, which is a ambitious and innovative rural project
who aims to (re)activate a whole site (castle farm, fields, orchard, sheds, barns,..) located in and close to a small village in south of Belgium.
Program is an interesting mix of activites and know-hows, all linked to the rural context (agriculture, handicraftsman
, animal husbandry, food production and transformation,.), with pedagogical and research layers (program for schools, workshops and seminaries,..) and a very
special care and concern on landscape and sustanaibility.
